Today, multimedia and video elements are the norm in many exhibitions and events. With guidePORT, you can offer such elements in multiple languages: simultaneously and lip-synched. This means one visitor can listen to the text of a film in English, at the same time another visitor can listen to the text in Spanish – whilst both watch the same film.
Instead of different languages, you can also opt for versions with different information: for children, adults or experts, or specially prepared texts for the partially sighted.
If a group of visitors requests a separate tour by a museum guide, this can be integrated in the guidePORT system via a separate microphone/transmitter combination. This means that other visitors on guidePORT tours are barely disturbed. This is also an ideal solution for tours of plants as working procedures are not interrupted.
